Founded in 2013 in the heart of Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, Melange Coffee Roasters has grown from a local favorite to an internationally recognized brand. We specialize in roasting and distributing world-class coffee beans, both locally and globally. Our journey began with a simple goal: to share the rich and diverse flavors of an Ethiopian cup of coffee with the world.
Over the years, we have invested in state-of-the-art technology, including a production facility with a capacity of 280kg per hour and advanced Nitrogen packaging. This ensures our coffee maintains its freshness and aroma for a longer shelf life.

Melange Coffee Roasters was founded by Ato. Solomon, an internationally certified coffee roaster with extensive knowledge and expertise in the coffee industry. His passion for coffee and commitment to quality laid the foundation for Melange’s success.
Under the new ownership of W/Zro Ambanesh Kebede, Melange continues to honor Ato. Solomon’s legacy by delivering exceptional coffee to customers around the world.
